Tour D'Ivoire by c-t-elder Tour D'Ivoire by c-t-elder
"Our queen's back in her Ivory Tower?"
"Hey, leaver her to it. She's there when we need her, I think she deserves not to be when we don't."

Ginny's always the shoulder everyone asks to lean on. Being that kind of person, you need one of the two things to keep yourself sane - your own shoulder to lean against, or a quiet hideaway where you can curl up and somehow, somewhere, find the strength to stand up again and provide whatever it is the people around you need.

After the mess the past few weeks have been, I really, really needed to complete something, anything, just to prove myself I'm still alive. Obviously, there's internet access in the afterlife. Who knew.

/Signing off, before I turn philosophical.

Dunno, I always find drawing female anthros with human hairstyles strange, unless that animal has some sort of a mane by design and nature - horses, certain antelopes and such. Otherwise... well, when the commissioner asks for it, I have little choice, but I don't do it in my designs.

Well, I was hoping to achieve more "serene" than "cute" on the scale, but at least I got something right :)
Thanks!

Thank you. I found that cream-colored red pandas are very photogenic and seem serene, for some reason. They lack the slight mischievousness of the traditionally colored counterpart.

Never really thought about that-but now that I look at some red panda pics, I think you are right!  Perhaps because the more seen coloration is much more bolder (and common?) that the cream variation is viewed as the more tame of the two and provides a much more tranquil feel that the more seen red panda depictions do not show? Regardless in if my brain storm here makes any sense whatsoever, your piece is definable genuine in how much the figure seems so much at peace/in harmony with her surroundings :)
